Cancellation Policy

Smile Dental Team requires 48hrs notice for all cancellations. We will send an SMS 48 hours prior to your appointment to request confirmation. Please reply Y to the confirmation text message to confirm you will attend (or call 02 47211 211)

If a standard appointment (15min-30min time duration) is a no-show, cancelled or rescheduled, a non-refundable $60 deposit will be required to rebook. This deposit will be deducted off the total treatment when you attend your appointment or kept as a cancellation fee for no-show, cancellation or rebooking

For extended appointments, (45min duration or longer), a non-refundable $100 deposit will be required. This deposit will come off the total treatment when you attend your appointment or be kept as a cancellation fee if the appointment is a no-show, cancelled or rescheduled.

If you are 15min late to your appointment, this will be considered a no-show.
